About the Salon & Space

QI understand you share a building with a beauty chiropractic clinic. What is the space like?

AAlthough we are in the same building, the head spa is in a dedicated space with a separate flow. It is a completely private room with soundproofing and temperature control, so you can relax without worrying about your surroundings.

QIs it okay for first-time visitors?

AYes, we conduct a consultation and tailor the treatment to your concerns, so please feel at ease.

QCan men use the salon?

AYes, our clientele is approximately half male and half female. Our calm space is welcoming to everyone.

QHow many people can use the salon at the same time?

AWe can accommodate up to 3 guests simultaneously.

QCan couples receive treatments in the same room?

AAs each room is completely private, guests are accommodated in separate rooms.

About Treatments

QWhat is the flow of the treatment?

AConsultation → Treatment (Cleansing Spa → Shampoo Spa ① → Shampoo Spa ② → Cream Spa → Treatment) → Self Dry → After Drink → Checkout (Closing) *Guests who receive this treatment can sign up for a chiropractic course at 20% off. During the period you continue chiropractic sessions, head spa treatments are also available at 20% off.

QHow often do you recommend coming?

AAs the scalp renews itself approximately every 28 days, we recommend care at least once every 3–4 weeks. For those who are particularly fatigued, we also recommend visiting more frequently at first.

QIs there an effect after just one visit?

AMany guests feel a difference after just one visit, but continuing treatments makes the effects easier to notice.

QCan the pressure be adjusted?

AYes, adjustments can be made at any time during the treatment to suit your preference.

QIs it okay if I don't want to talk?

AOf course. Conversation is kept to a minimum, and aside from checking pressure and water temperature, you can enjoy a quiet experience.

QIs it okay if I fall asleep?

AYes, in fact falling asleep helps you feel the effects more easily. As the parasympathetic nervous system becomes dominant and the autonomic nervous system is balanced, it leads to fatigue recovery.

QCan I receive treatment after coloring or perming?

AWe recommend waiting about one week after coloring or perming. As the treatment may cause color to fade, we recommend visiting after the color has set.

QCan I decide on the menu after consulting?

AYes, we will make suggestions based on your concerns during the consultation. Menu changes on the day are also possible, but if the required time changes significantly, it may be difficult to accommodate.

QIs it okay if I have styling products in my hair?

AWe shampoo during the treatment, so there is no problem.

QWhy does the scalp become tense?

APoor blood circulation is considered the main cause, and it is said to be influenced by eye strain, stress, and autonomic nervous system imbalance.

QCan I receive head spa and body treatment at the same time?

AYes, it is possible. We offer a 2-person menu where a head spa (90 or 120-minute menu) is combined simultaneously with a hand and foot oil lymph massage (60 minutes).

QCan I also visit the chiropractic clinic?

AYes, if there are available slots. Combining both makes it easier to improve overall body circulation.

About Reservations & Visits

QHow do I make a reservation?

AReservations can be made via online booking or our official LINE.

QCan I make a same-day reservation?

ASame-day reservations are available if there are open slots on the booking site. Even if fully booked, we may be able to accommodate you, so please contact us via our official LINE.

QWhat should I do if I want to make a reservation for 2 or more people?

AFor reservations for multiple guests, slot adjustments may be necessary, so please contact us via official LINE or email. We will check availability and suggest a suitable time.

QIs it okay to arrive earlier than my reservation time?

APlease refrain from arriving more than 5 minutes before your reservation time.

About Health & Physical Condition

QCan I receive treatment while pregnant?

AIt is possible if you are in a stable period and your condition is stable. If you have any concerns, please consult your doctor in advance.

QIs it okay for sensitive skin?

AIf you let us know in advance, we will accommodate your condition.

QCan I receive treatment after drinking alcohol?

AWe decline for safety reasons.

About Facilities & Amenities

QAre there dryers or irons available?

AYes, we have them available. After the treatment, drying is self-service, but necessary equipment is available for use.

QCan I touch up my makeup?

ALight touch-ups are possible. If it takes a long time, the treatment time may be shortened, so please consult us in advance.

QDo you have styling products available?

AWe have a variety of styling products available, but you are also welcome to bring your own.

About Pricing

QWhat payment methods are available?

AWe accept cash, various credit cards, and electronic payments.

QIs there a way to visit at a discount?

AHead spa guests receive 20% off chiropractic services, and chiropractic guests receive 20% off head spa services.

QIs there a cancellation fee?

ACancellations up to the day before are free. Same-day cancellations and same-day changes are 100%. For session pass holders, same-day cancellations and same-day changes count as one session used.

QWhat happens if I am late?

AThe treatment time may be shortened or it may be treated as a cancellation.
