Terms of Service

Article 01: Applicability

These Terms apply to all treatment services and related services provided by our salon.

Article 02: Reservations

1. Reservations are accepted via online booking or official LINE.
2. Please enter accurate information when making a reservation.
3. Reservations using false information or impersonation are prohibited.

Article 03: Cancellations & Changes

1. Cancellations made by the day before are free of charge.
2. Same-day cancellations and same-day changes will be charged 100% of the treatment fee.
3. In the case of no-show cancellations, 100% of the treatment fee will be charged and future reservations may be restricted.
4. When using a session pass, same-day cancellations and same-day changes will count as one session used.

Article 04: Late Arrivals

1. If you are late for your appointment, the treatment time may be shortened.
2. Lateness of 15 minutes or more may be treated as a cancellation.

Article 05: Restrictions on Treatment

We may refuse treatment in the following cases: ・If you are feeling unwell or have a fever ・If there is suspicion of an infectious disease ・If you are under the influence of alcohol ・If we determine that treatment cannot be performed safely ※Even in the above cases, it may be treated as a same-day cancellation.

Article 06: Payment

1. Payment is due before or after the treatment.
2. In the case of advance payment, our salon's regulations shall apply.

Article 07: Session Passes

Session passes are special-price plans designed for continuous treatment. [Benefits] ・6-session pass: One free treatment after all sessions are used ・12-session pass: One free treatment and a product worth ¥5,000 after all sessions are used Benefits apply only when all sessions are used within the validity period. Benefits cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. [Validity Period] ・6-session pass: 6 months from first use ・12-session pass: 12 months from first use As the scalp is said to renew itself approximately every 28 days, our salon recommends continuous care aligned with this cycle.

Article 08: Refunds for Session Passes

Since session passes are offered at a special price, refunds for unused sessions will be calculated as the difference based on the regular price. Refund calculation: Amount paid − (Regular price × Number of sessions used) Benefits (free treatments, products) are not eligible for refunds. Refunds are not available in the following cases: ・After the validity period has expired ・When there are multiple no-show cancellations ・When usage has significantly progressed

Article 09: Conditions for Session Pass Use

1. Session passes may only be used by the purchaser.
2. Transfer to third parties is generally not permitted.

Article 10: Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited: ・Nuisance behavior, interference with business operations ・Inappropriate conduct toward staff ・Repeated no-show cancellations ・Behavior that disturbs other customers

Article 11: Disclaimer

1. Our salon's treatments are not medical procedures.
2. The effects of treatments vary by individual and results are not guaranteed.

Article 12: Damages

If damage is caused to our salon due to the intentional or negligent actions of a customer, we may claim appropriate compensation.

Article 13: Changes to Terms

Our salon may change these Terms as necessary.

Article 14: Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law, and the court having jurisdiction over the location of our salon shall be the exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
