Training
From zero to
a trusted therapist
At MEGURU, we focus on developing therapists who truly engage with each guest's concerns—not just master techniques. With our appointment system, you build lasting relationships with returning clients, creating a work style centered on genuine care. Training lasts approximately 1–1.5 months, covering techniques, scalp & hair knowledge, and hospitality. No training fees—salary is paid throughout.

On top of a base salary from ¥250,000, multiple income streams including sales incentives, 100% nomination fee return, and retail commission make high earnings achievable regardless of experience. As a salon affiliated with a chiropractic studio, staff can receive regular chiropractic treatments as part of our benefits program. A rare environment where you can care for your own body while doing the work you love.

Not just technique — we support you through hospitality and counseling too, adjusting to each person's pace and understanding. We make sure nothing is left unclear, checking every detail carefully as you learn. Salary is paid throughout the training period. We take responsibility for supporting you until you can debut with confidence.
